My mission is simple: celebrate strengths, remove barriers, and support every learner to reach their potential.

I’ve worked in education and SEND for over 20 years – as a SENCO, local authority advisor, and national trainer. I’ve supported schools across the UK and internationally, delivering training at events like the TES Show and Eastern Education Conference, and helping schools work toward the Inclusion Quality Mark.
I care deeply about creating learning environments where everyone feels seen, supported, and able to thrive. That’s what Nao Clarity is all about.
